First Get Pre-qualified
To expedite the process it’s best to submit your basic financial information to Five Star Lending via email. Upon review of your financial information they will provide you with a written pre-approval called a commitment letter. The down payment and interest rate will be subject to the terms of the commitment letter. A commitment letter is a commitment on the part of the lender to loan you a certain amount of money based on the lender’s requirements and the property being purchased. It’s a powerful tool and you can shop with confidence knowing how much you qualify for.
