A big thank you to everyone who came to the Vista Ridge grand opening to help us celebrate this beautiful Tim Lewis new home community in Roseville, CA. There were three models on display for the opening, and our sales associate, Linda Sender, was on hand to answer questions and show our guests some of the reasons we’ve received J.D. Power’s award for five star quality.
In the Preserve model, Pi from Silk Road Soda served up his favorite blend of Mediterranean flavors in his pomegranate refresher with a slice of jalapeno pepper, and shared his family story with strangers who soon became friends. Guests admired the beautiful pool in the back yard and commented on the sleek white quartz countertops in the kitchen, which popped against the warm red and gold hues of the house decor.
Just outside the nautically themed Sanctuary model, Zack from the West Roseville Jamba Juice served up some frosty fruit fusions. Inside, the two sided fireplace helped you peer into the living room, which was decorated in gentle blue hues, and crisp white accents.
Jen from Pairings gourmet olive oil and balsamic tasting shoppe served her Tuscan Herb olive oil, Aged Peach white balsamic, and Blueberry balsamic vinegars in delightful pairings that complimented the rustic crunch of the sourdough bread and tangy cheeses available for simple, yet exotic snacking.
In the Secret Ravine model guests wandered through the soft yellow and cream accents and out to the backyard putting green. Fan favorites for the day included the open floor plan that created an open feeling between the living room and kitchen, and the large windows that helped breathe natural light throughout the interiors of each of the homes.
We thank everyone who took the time to spend our grand opening day with us, and we look forward to showing all of you more of what Tim Lewis Communities and Vista Ridge have to offer.
