From the move-in survey, through the first year of living in their new Tim Lewis Communities home, our buyers have the opportunity to use the Eliant Surveys to record their experiences, first impressions and interactions with our customer service specialists.
Each of the surveys that are provided to our buyers, are in-depth and detailed. The information given is used to help us continue to better our processes, products and services. We’re given a graded score for each portion of the survey. The move-in survey is just one example:

After the initial, move-in survey, the buyer has the opportunity to use the Eliant Surveys at mid-point through their first year in their new home and again, at the one-year mark.
