"Hello, We came shopping for homes in this area and looked at many communities. After 2 weeks of involved shopping, we settled on Tim Lewis. The quality and standards of construction were of a much higher level. The CC&Rs also were a factor. These were important to us for the future of our neighborhood. The sales lady, Yvette, was outstanding. We can not say more. Being a long-distance buyer, she remained in touch and handled all of the affairs smoothly. She sent pictures weekly and remained in touch with all the details. Near completion, we were put together with Mario Perez the job site manager. Any and all questions were addressed, and he is very much a pro at his job too! We feel like we worked with friends here."
