We maintain our high standards through extensive quality control inspections throughout the construction of each home. Each member of our team from your sales representative construction manager and customer care representative works together to achieve one goal of your satisfaction.
As part of our commitment to five-star service, we will schedule post-closing warranty visits at 15 days, 4 months, and 11 months. We want to ensure all of your warranty needs are addressed. Your customer care representative will explain our process of scheduling and completing prescheduled visits. As with regular warranty service you or your authorized representative (18 years of age or older) must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.
All prescheduled warranty visits and warranty services are scheduled during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 8-4pm.
Tim Lewis Communities also staffs an after-hours emergency service. Your customer care representative will provide you with all emergency phone numbers during your New Home Orientation. Included in your Home Owner Manual is useful tips for dealing with emergencies.
