After such a crazy season, we’ve made it to 2022! This year brings hope of normalcy, and excitement for the future. One of the biggest things that has been realized from the past year is our need for community. Whether that be talking to your neighbors or having your family over for a meal, people need people. We build in towns that have promise and are already building pride to better their community. All across Northern California and Nevada, we choose the best locations for you to plant your roots.

Take Elk Grove, for example. It currently has 4 Tim Lewis Communities and that’s no coincidence. Elk Grove boasts Northern California’s highest rating school district. Floor Plans
Every square foot of our floor plans are designed with the community in mind. From the front entrance to the backyard, we create spaces for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. Our open floor plans create a welcoming environment and a space for family and friends to spend time with one another. We don’t want anyone to miss out on the fun so our kitchens open up into the large dining and gather room to ensure no one gets left out of the conversation.
Speaking of kitchens, ours keep even the pickiest of chefs happy with personalizing design options and at some communities, even upgrading to an Executive Kitchen that features high-end commercial-style cooktops and coordinating stainless steel appliances. Then there’s the living rooms that boast of wide spaces with enough room to have comfortable seating for the whole family. For when everyone needs their own space, the optional junior suites in many of our communities allow teenagers or guests to stay without feeling like they are cramping their style. With their own junior bath and large room, your guests will love staying at your home.
