Spring Updates
Spring is in the air at Sutter Park and construction is about to bloom! The excitement is certainly in the air and the buzz is all around town! We have quite a few breaking-ground updates and are excited to share them:
Our Sales Trailer site preparation is complete and our construction is beginning for the Sales Center. We are in for the model permits and we hope to break ground soon. Our Sales Center will also be opening late next month. We look forward to the opportunity to meet you personally and share all about Sutter Park. We believe you will be delighted with all Sutter Park has to offer! We also anticipate our Design Studio construction being well on its way and opening in late May.
Construction for the Central Park will begin in May. Sutter Park’s social gathering place is scheduled to be completed in August! This stunning area will be classically designed and include an expansive lawn area, beautiful sculptures, and foliage reminiscent of the gardens that defined this area 100 years ago.
