Pacific Coast Builders Convention in San Francisco

Being passionate about building high-quality homes and offering the best product available to our buyers means staying on top of what’s happening in home building. We’re not talking about just what the trends are, but also the best products, in keeping with our California Green Builder status, and the products that keep us leading the way in design and architecture.

The Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference, PCBC2014, was the perfect place for us to do just that. Product manufacturers, architects, developers, lenders, investors, designers and marketers joined builders to educate and promote and the Tim Lewis Communities team was there to take it all in. We saw with familiar faces and met new vendors that help keep our homes in front of meeting our buyer’s greatest expectations.

Some of the design trends we saw at this year’s show included technology and flexible floor plans. Buyers are becoming ever more tech-savvy which means they are demanding the latest in home technology. Our building partner’s expertise keeps us in front of this ever-evolving world with the latest innovations being offered in our options program. WiFi, structured wiring and Smart Home Technology are a few of the popular options. As home buying shifts from traditional-sized homes to larger, open-floor plan models, buyers are seeking options that accommodate their differing needs. We take pride in offering our buyers the flexibility to customize their living experience to fit their lifestyle.
