#1: Explore Virtual Floor Plans
Take a stroll through your beautiful new home right from the Tim Lewis Communities website. We offer interactive floor plans and virtual floor plans on many models. Take a virtual tour of Residence Four at our beautiful Legacy at Poppy Lane community, or explore interactive floor plans of Residence One at Whitney Ranch or Residence One at Bridle Gate.
#2: Schedule A Video Call or Virtual Walk Through
If you would like to work with one of our agents we would love to schedule a video call to answer any questions you may have, and can even give you a video tour of your new home! View the video above for all of the details we can share through a virtual walk through with our team.
#3: Schedule A Private In-Person Tour
If you prefer to visit your new home yourself, reach out to our team about scheduling a private tour. We will maintain a strict 6-foot distance while still ensuring you get the full experience of touring a Tim Lewis home.
#4: Sign Paperwork Online
Congratulations on your decision on your new home! This is an exciting day and we will celebrate with you just as enthusiastically online as we would in person. All paperwork will be sent to you using DocuSign to maintain social distance.
#5: Design Your Home Virtually
You deserve a new home that is perfectly suited to you. You will be able to work with our design center through virtual appointments to choose the elements in your home. Any samples will be mailed to you and you may keep them for 24 hours to make your decision!
